Thanks for starting this post.
My 2016 goals are
1. Finish school
2. Continue to meditate daily for at least 15 for at least one time per day
3. Be the best me always
4. Keep health at the forefront
5. Make new connections with people (I can be introverted)
6. Set a savings goal and reach it
7. Do something nice and unexpected for my hubby once a month
8. Check in on Spark at least once/week
9. Journal once a week
10. Leave work at work!

Just because I don't 'look' like a runner, doesn't mean that I am not one! Don't judge me...that is all:)
