You have one of the best and hardest jobs in the world , you do work.
Why don't you go on a life style diet, the things you are about to choose will always be available for you to eat for the rest of your life. Make a list of the things you know are good for you and another for the bad things. Make another list, choose things from the bad stuff that will be your treat at least once a week or month. Make sure your husband and children are in this with you theres no point you doing two different types of cooking. Remember luck has nothing to do with any thing, when it comes down to food and eating health its a choice we make every day.
To live well or die poorly. Have fun every day in all you do and say.
I did not wear my tracker today, i thought i did but i know i have done 10,000 steps.
Do you have a tracker? If not you should get one they are great to see how many steps you are doing. Have a great evening.

Oh and I don't work. I'm a stay at home mom. I'm home with my 2 year old. I have a 6 year old who is in preschool.

Hi,
I'm well and you? I'm actually in Finland. So, i'm 2 hours ahead of you. I am going to the gym tomorrow morning at 6am. I'll be able to get back, take a quick shower and gets the kids and husband ready to go to school and work. I still haven't figured out what i'll do for a "diet". I've thought about low carb, but may start off with either green smoothies or nutrilett or a combination of the two.

HI how are you doing today, I am in the UK so we are 5 hours ahead of the USA.
Do you work ?
For me I walk Most of the time, going to work I walk for 45 mins and going home I do the same.
Walking in all weather and up till 10pm at night.
Have fun on the tread mill. Have a great day..

I would appreciate that (sending me the exercises). Thank you. Since I haven't worked out in a long while. I had planned on going to the gym and use the treadmill for 20 and do 4 or 5 strength training exercises. I'll likely increase time on the treadmill by 5 mins every 2 weeks and add 10 on the bike after a month or so.

Thank you both. I would really like that. I was planning to start tomorrow (it is 10.35am here now). Would that be ok? I thought we could share what we've eaten for the day, exercises done, and maybe every week or bimonthly report our weight?

Hi,

I would like to be accountability buddy too. I weigh about 177. and the doctor wants me to lose about 30lbs to bring my blood pressure down. Working and running around with teenagers is challenging but on Sundays I make a exercise routine and I have a folder that I have routines and exercises I do so that I dont get bored. If you want I can share them with you.

Hi,
I would very much like to find an accountability buddy who has about the same amount of weight to lose. I have about 120lbs. My starting weight is 292. I would like someone who is able to check in daily and be there for support and motivation. If anyone is interested, please contact me.
