Week 1 Jan 25: 10 pts for replacing unhealthy items with healthy ones
Week 2 Feb 01: 70 pts for drinking @ least 8 cups of water daily (7 days)

Challenge for 1/18/2015:

Now that we've stepped into the new year the challenge is to clean out your pantry, frig, etc., of all the items that call your name, but items that are better left alone if you want to reach your goal. Make sure you replace those with healthier foods...even if it is just on your shopping list!
