Length= 10 weeks
Begin= Jan 05, 2015
End = Mar 23, 2015

Should we:
set personal weight loss goal during the 10 weeks
post our starting weight and then post pounds lost each week
have mini challenges each week

UGH! My attempts for this challenge fell by the wayside! I had no idea taking care of hubby would be so time consuming! It's like I felt guilty when I tried to take time out for myself! This week he begins physical therapy and I can have at it again! I AM down five, though. That's a cool thing! emoticon

A Winter Challenge sound good to me let do it, Maybe after the Thanksgiving challenge we can start a new board and check-in 2+ times of week (you can check-in everyday your choice) to let everyone know how you are doing. I sure can use the motivation.
