Wonderful: It was Egg fritata, 1 slice lean ham, coffee with sugar free hazelnut creamer. Mid-Morning snack with be fresh mixed berries.

I had 1/2 of the remainder of my omelette (from yesterday), l slice lean ham, coffee with s/f hazelnut cream. At 10:00 a.m. my snack consisted of 1/3 cup of mixed fresh berries.
