Count me in on the challenge... I've been doing quite well. I'm down almost three pant sizes and I feel GREAT. During this challenge I hope to lose 20 pounds. I've noticed a lot of loose skin... UGGGHHH... I've got a lot of firming up to do. I'm starting weight training today.

Oh...I am going to put this in your hands...do you want to weigh in this Friday? Or do you want to wait until next Friday to get a whole week and a few days under your belt. I think I am shooting for next week with mine to allow my body to adjust to the change in activity and food.

emoticon 3 meals 2 snacks (adding in more veggies) no problem with fruit getting rid of breads, sugars processed foods

Ladies we are soooo in this together you all have a cheerleader here cheering you on. THIS CAN BE DONE, HOW BAD DO WE WANT IT!!!!

I received a great compliment over the weekend from a long time friend of 18 years that I don't need to lose any more weight! But I must at least make it to ONEDERLAND before I focus on maintenance.

You are sooo right about the cleansing of putting your feelings into words - it kinda pours it all out of your system and leaves space for the good to come back in.
