Panera Bread Company - Asiago Roast Beef. Yep, it's bread but it's this thin Asiago bread so the carbs aren't too bad. It has this horseradish sauce that will burn your nostril hairs if not careful. I have to compensate at dinner by having only a salad.

Today will be "my version" of a semi low-fat mexican casserole; consists of fat free refried beans, veggie cheese, skinless chicken breast, salsa with crushed Dorito chips mixed in. Also, 1/2 of a baked sweet potato, yogurt, and water.
