I'm right with you on this. I've put on a few pounds this holiday and as of today I'm back on track and I'm going to lose the rest of the weight to reach my goal.

Queenie, Sukale...

Was this a station wagon? In other words, would you have room for one more? emoticon

I've been off and on this site for the last four years. From Jan of last year to May I lost about 60 pounds, then I started wavering...put on about 15 or so from June-Sept...then sometime in mid-September I went bowling and for a burger with some friends, after being so "good" - eating well and exercising all that week, I gained a pound. Got so mad I've been eating like a horse and lazing around like a sloth ever since.

Ya know, it's always rather fun to engage in activities you know you're good at, and I am really good at gaining weight. Losing it, not so much. It takes double the time to lose weight as to put it on. Why IS that?

Anyway, thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one out there who has to get back with program.

We can carpool. Is there a sparkteam out there for those of us who need to come back for Round 2 (or even Rounds 3 or 4 or 17)?

Best of luck and good mojo to you both in getting back on track. That loud scream you might be hearing from SoCal on Monday is me, looking at the scale for the first time in months (if I can see the number over my blubber)...and seeing how much damage I've done in the last quarter of the year. Not looking forward to it. emoticon

Queenie, swing that wagon around and pick me up again too. I did hit 198 but am back up to 222. I gotta get back on track.

174 will put me at overweight, but not obese!!!

I can't believe it's been almost 2 years! Wow, time does fly. I definitely need to FIND the wagon and get back on! LOL

I lost 75 lbs. the first year and gained back a bit this year...but looking towards 2011...would like to recommit and lose another 45 this year. Here's to our team and making 2011 a great one!
