Yes, hit the club at 5:15 a.m. Did 45 minutes on the eliptical machine and then lifted my upper body. Ended with stretching. Hoping to get a hot yoga class in this evening.

Worked out on the treadmill 50 minutes (run/Walk) and then spent 30 minutes stretching and doing ab work.
