Walk/jog combo on the treadmill for 35 minutes, then 10 more on the rowing machine. Skipped the strength bit, but will get on that tomorrow.

Did a lunchtime walk, about 45 min., 254 cal burned acc. to my pedometer

Worked out with my trainer for an hour (lunges, squats, bicep curls, triceps, chest and shoulder work, core training--crunches, planks, bicycles, etc.), 30 min. on Elliptical (318 cal burned)

I did my walk at work, about 200 cal

and Cardio Salsa for 1 hr +, 386 cal

well, that's not too bad even though I broke it up into 2 sessions emoticon

15 minutes with Wii My Fitness Coach and I went for a walk with my son. The walk was meh for exercise except when we started walking up and down hills in a wooded area.

Otherwise I just took the stairs instead of the elevator a few times (three flights of stairs).

Walked to the gym, did strength training on all the machines, 35 min on the Elliptical, walked home.

Feel pretty good about it :)

I have to say, yesterday was a pretty good exercise day for me considering. I got plenty of strength training in and a little cardio. I'm working on being more structured (yet flexible at the same time) with cardio workouts and have made that one of my August goals.

Andrea ... I say I'm "playing" on the wii as part of my self talk 'cause I have never liked "exercise". Originally I would only do the balance stuff but then the last month or so I've added more of the aerobics and now the strength things. Last night I did the 10 min hula hoop, step, run, and some of the strength stuff (me ... wow!). I usually end with one or two of the balance things just to remind myself that it's fun for the next time : )

Thursday is Step Class day. After the class the instructor does a 15 minute abs class. Other than that, I have some big time house cleaning and painting the inside of the house.

Awesome job Gone2009!!!

What exercises did you do on the Wii? Everytime you mention "playing" on the Wii Fit, it makes me miss it SO much. I don't know why I don't get on it more. I've gotten into this horrible habit of coming home, grabbing a bite to eat and then heading upstairs to my bedroom.

Gotta make a conscience effort to get on that Fit!

Oooo, I just thought of something. I haven't been able to motivate myself to get up in the mornings to take a walk. But I might be able to get up and workout with the Wii.

Hmmm... I'll let you know what I come up with.
