My routine has been Insanity and really anything I can get my hands on. I have been on Pinterest pulling circuits from that and other sites.
Right now I just need to get back into a rhythm that will work for me as I reach my goal.

I have a Gym membership and will try and go three times a week if I am lucky on top of the workouts I do at home. For my BlackFriday shopping I have begun to search for free weights and other workout materials to increase my home gym.
I think the biggest part of my fitness routine now will be consistency. I am not going to let my weight destroy me and I WILL overcome this lifestyle!

Taking spin on a regular is my most consistent thing. I also cut the workouts out of the Fitness Magazine and put them in plastic sleeves and created me a fitness binder.

I bike to work as much as possible weather permitting. Seven miles average roundtrip. Recently have tried biking at lunch which is fun. I definitely walk at lunch if nothing else. Boot camp on Saturdays and more biking on weekends. Can't wait until the weather breaks and stays above fifty degrees. emoticon

You don't have to go fast. You just have to go.

My doctor mentioned an MRI also but I don't think I need one.

Jungshin is a martial arts (sort of) class using a wooden sword. The swords come in different weight sizes. It's more too it but I'm not a good explainer. But I can say it's a good workout.

Love me some Zumba !!!!
And I need to stretch more.

Interesting! I messed up my shoulder, been to the Orthopaedic two times. It's healing. I can run. He mentioned I may need to get an MRI, but we'll see how it goes. Hope you feel better soon. We take our shoulders for granted!!

What is Jungshin? I have heard about it...but have no clue!!

I am stuck on running emoticon , Zumba, moderate weights, foam roller and stretch. That's my routine!!

I love mixing up the classes at my gym. I'm waiting for my doctor to give me the ok to work with my shoulder again so I can take Jungshin !!!!!

Walking is also a must for me, helps me to think and clear my head.
