I am back on SP and have recently started to get my health/diet in shape.
Would be glad to participate in any challenges..

I am real new to this sparkteam.....I am hoping this group of 2lbs aweeek, finds a leader .
I think this could be a fantastic experience for the team.
I offically start my weight loss program tomorrow the 6th of January.
I am glad you have made a decision to come back.
We can do this.......
