To keep walking and feel good about myself. I did 35 minutes this morning and I'll go back after lunch to do another 15 or 20 minutes and it also depends on how I feel if I want to do another 35. It's helps my lower back a lot.

Find the inner meaning of faith. Not the superficial faith we see on all Christian TV networks. ALL of them. The real take the hand of the Lord in the midst of everything that you have to endure. It is elusive to a lot of people. The answers are in prayer and wisdom of the word of God.

Keep in mind for many yrs now I have been trying to take leaps instead of small steps. I have accomplished but always looked at myself like I should have accomplished more instead of seeing all of the Spark trophies accumulating. I just noticed these trophies are for goals accomplished. This is a goal for me to keep in mind. Small steps and recognize accomplishments instead of what I haven't accomplished ! I think I will blog this.
