As I have dry eye syndrome and gland dysfunction--meaning no longer producing tears and the healthy oils to protect the eye, I participate in a dry eye podcast every week, that is super informative and helpful! Plus, I use the products that the two eye drs. in the video sell through their site and which have provided alot of relief for me--so I trust them completely!!! BUT---when I watched it last night--and heard INFLAMMATION, knew I wanted to pass along the video and information to everyone here. As Inflammation tends to happen with alot of our issues.

Not only do they explain different types of intermittent fasting--which I'm doing today--the 12/8 one--which is not eating after supper until later tomorrow morning when I have my breakfast--they discuss additional health info as it relates to diabetes, eye health, heart and more!
