Currently doing the 200 sit-up program.....today's set I did a total of 324(sets of 30,30,35,35,30,30,27,80)....Took me quite a while but I finished emoticon

If anyone is interested the site is twohundredsitups.com it's a 6 week sit-up program, its 3x week you do 5 sets of sit-ups....in the beginning stage numbers are very low and increase gradually. Honestly it sucks lol but its definitely a great way to work the core area!!

*Get in 3-5 core exercises from the Spark Fitness area

*Use 3-5 pieces of gym equipment that works your core
(you can also use a balance ball, weights, or bands at home)

*Take a fitness class that works your core (i.e. kickboxing, Turbo Jam, martial arts, etc.)

*Play a sport that works your core

*Do a workout video that works your core
