Made 4 laps around the store beofre I did my shopping. i worked up a sweat. Not sure if I got in 400 calories or not, but I did something.

Got my step aerobics in this morning, walked during the day on breaks & tonight it's weight for 30mins.

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

Another good reducing exercise consists in placing both hands against the table edge and pushing back.

Eek! My calves are healing from my first run of the season yesterday, but I'll exchange this for getting into the gym and doing five different weight lifting exercises (arms, free weights, 2 sets of 10 reps), and getting in my push-ups today.
