I walked 2 miles instead of my usual 1 mile. It's the best I could do at the level I'm at but, it felt nice to push myself beyond my normal workout.

I could only walk 20 minutes and at a very slow pace because of sore knee so only burned 71 calories.

Well, as I was coming back from my walk today the little old man across the street asked if I could help him with some yard work. I said no problem! (He's in a power chair and has a HUGE garden that he can't manage since he lost his wife of 64 years last month. Very sad. They were the cutest little couple!) Helping him out totally helped me out too. Not only did it make me feel good to do something for someone else, but after my walk and an hour and a half of heavy yard work, I burned 720 calories today! Yippee!!!

WooHoo! I did it, I did it! When I read this challenge this morning I skipped it. I thought, "no way." Then I got on the treadmill and did 20 minutes. Then I did 15 on the stationery bike and got in 400+ calories burned. I'm proud of myself!!!

not feeling so good today so I don't know if I will make this one.

I had a 500+ calorie burn yesterday... today is supposed to be an easy day, but I'll pull a couple of extra break walks and see what I can do.
