Your challenge today is to MOVE YOUR BODY THROUGH CARDIO EXERCISE FOR 30 MINUTES. It doesn't matter what you do for exercise today (i.e. walking, exercise class or DVD, biking, etc.). The idea is to MOVE YOUR BODY FOR 30!
