Hi all. I'm hoping some of you can share some of the ways you combine spirituality with your health efforts. I'm very early in my exploration so I haven't made it much farther than visualization, a rose quartz for my positive thoughts and some experimental incense. (Did I mention I'm really new to this?) I would love to learn some other techniques and some insight on progressing. Thank you!
