Yesterday I did 25 minutes on the elliptical in the morning so I could go to sushi happy hour after work and keep the cardio streak going.

Today I did 5k run without stopping WOOT and more walking to make 5.27 miles. Gorgeous day in Austin.

Cardio Streak Day 18.

Never, never, never give up.

I know a legally blind runner who runs with a friend's assistance. The blind are allowed guide "people" in races.

Going to read the rules again though, does it count if I took the weekend off? Probably not. Either day 3 or 1, depending how you look at it :)

Did my taxes this morning so didn't get an earlier enough start to beat the heat for outdoor exercise. Did 55 minutes and 4.21 miles on the elliptical, instead. Indoor exercise bores me, but it's better than nothing.

Chasing toddlers in the bluebonnets! Seriously! I have to save my energy for photo shoots while the blooms (what few we have this year) are out. Running after little ones while lugging 50 pounds of gear is enough for me this week.

I'll be back to my regular running routine next week.

Yesterday I did over five miles outside, jog/walk, and holy moly was it hot! I'm so not ready for summer. Today, I did about 5.5 miles and jogged 25 minutes straight (C25K W7D1). Then I jog/walked the rest. It was much cooler today. It feels great out there!

I'm starting a new thread here in an attempt to replace the thread started by He Who Shall Not Be Named. If you love me even a tiny bit, you'll post your daily fitness entries here, rather than on "What workout did you do today?" so that one will drop off and I don't have to look at it any more.

Yes, I am that petty. Ha!

Your loyal team co-leader,

Pam
