Consistently drink 8 cups of water per day.

I am slow and find that I like to run/walk better than to keep just running. My knees feel better when I take walk breaks!

I'm going to start run/walking today. There is a local college with a huge track open to the public indoors that i will use. i''m starting really slow. 20 second intervals running 2:40 walking this week. I've tried running before and i did do a 5k in 2013 but I've had injuries since then. I since have changed shoes and do a lot of stretching so fingers crossed it doesn't happen again.
