I'm signing up to do a 10K charity race mid June.
I ran (jogged) 4.5 miles this week so I'm not worried about the distance, I can build up slowly in that time but I would like to increase my speed even over that distance.
Any suggestions?
I'm thinking I need to do one run a week that involves intervals.. or maybe the treadmill (occasionally-not my favourite option)
