Going to the gym to walk on the treadmill and to work out on the Elliptical later today. I hope to do an hour walking and at least 15 -20 minutes on the Elliptical. It is my first time using the Elliptical, so I am working my way up to a minimum of a half hour.

Staying with the elliptical and it's working. Only 30 minutes or more depending on my mood and schedule.

Just got home from doing the elliptical. One of the things I like is I can get an intense workout in less time.

Wanted to continue this. Everyone did really well with this last month. Exercise is an important component to our fitness programs. Keep up the good work!
