Thanks for sharing your testimony!
so today I excited with the preschoolers that I thought and then I also walked around as I shopped for something healthy to put in my kitchen!

Yesterday, I went to my church's Wed. Workout before Bible Study. Boy does my body sound like a door that hasn't been opened since who knows when. lol Well, maybe because my body hasn't really moved since who knows when!

Okay, all the best as we all live to our fullest, to all that GOD has called us to be!!!!

Hope you ALL have been moving in some way! I've had me a GREAT fitness month! 3000 fitness minutes. First time EVER! I've been motivated by Fitbit lol. I just HAVE to walk and surpass those 10000 steps. emoticon
