I'm gonna try planting a celery bottom

But Love and I had the wit to win:
We drew a circle that took him in!

I have grown butter lettuce from the root ball. I cut the lettuce head off when I get it home and put it in the garden bed.

I'm not losing weight...I'm getting rid of it! I have not intention of finding it again!

People here think I am crazy but I try to get my cold crops in before the end of March-radish, lettuce, spinach etc. Well that is next week. Today it is supposed to be in the 60s with snow and rain forecast for the weekend. I am trying out COSTCO's keyhole garden kit and some root pouch bags this year. Anyone have any experience. I am excited as we have gotten rid of the sheep and goats so I can plant anywhere and not worry about them chomping on my hard work. I like the post about planting the celery bottom. You can probably do this with lettuce too. Anyway, eager to get my hands dirty.

I can do it with your help!
