The Weight Watchers plan is to determine how much food an individual needs to eat to lose pounds safely; one or two pounds a week. Age, weight, gender, height figures are used to base the food intake upon. WW members are given a daily point target. They use the points on food choices.

Our SparkPeople has determined the calorie goal of each member according to the information the members entered when they began their account. It is possible to change your calorie and weight loss goals. This is the beginning point.

Using the my Nutrition Tracker we Sparkers can fine tune our food choices to coincide with the choices that WW gives us. Then we keep track of our WW points during each day.
