I'm proud of myself today because This is Day 52 of NO Sugar for me and my Blood Sugar has come down from over a year of 250/300 to 137 today.

Also, I have lost from 186.8 to 180.2 pounds since 10/26/19 that's only 5.6 pounds over 52 days but the good thing is it only took 4 days to lose that 5.6 lbs but I have NOT gained it back.

That's going through Holloween, Thanksgiving and only 10 days until Christmas. Happy Holidays folks.

I made a plan for today and I worked my plan. Asked for guidance first thing this morning, reviewed the meal plan for today, then prepared, ate on time, and logged all meals. Thank God for Day 1.

I actually got up and got active during my kiddo's naptime. I walked a mile at 3mph, barefoot on the treadmill....then after getting a little sun, I came inside and hooped for about 20 minutes. While sweaty and heading to the shower now, I feel much better!!

day one down and i walked for 15 minutes today and rode my exercise bike for 15 minutes got me a pedometer to track calories burned and my exercise bike has that feature as well is it better to go by that or the assumed burned that the page does?

I'd have to say, I am proud of myself that I stuck with it yesterday. I pulled a shoulder so I am hurting bad, yet still made egg plant parm last night for dinner, only for hubby to come home late and in my eyes, it ruined the dinner but I did not (*eat something) I would regret today. I stuck with it....

I started to write the word "cheat" here...but then realized--there is no cheating. Its either a healthy choice or not. What a liberating thought. It frees the quilt of thinking you messed up. Wow!

You are really logging the walking time DILITICIA - that's awesome! I did that all last summer - it's how I started loosing weight. I still go frequently, but since I do cardio at the gym 5 x/week I go for short power-walks, or Sat/Sun morning longer walks. I also need to do them very early in the morning.....Do you have any issues w/blisters after your long walks???

Got out for an early-morning walk today. I like pushing myself some - which is what I had to do today. My legs felt so sore from doing extra workouts at the gym this week. Would've been nice to stay in bed, but....I'm glad I did it! I may do it again tomorrow :) Then I can go back to the gym M-F. Hope everyone in the FTW area is getting some good cardio this Mother's Day Weekend!

I'm proud of myself today (this whole wkend in fact) because I haven't given in to all the bad choices I could have. We are on a long weekend trip & I am STILL eating healthy. The waitress last night really questioned if everything was alright....with the food. I told her it was very good. She said she was worried because I hardly ate anything....wow. Didn't know they watched my plate, but she was kind about it. Still....funny - I wanted to explain to her that I'm trying to be HEALTHY, so I'm not going to totally pig out. Guess that's bizarre to some ppl?

I only ate half of the Sonic campfire blast my friend brought me for dessert. The old me would have eaten the whole thing in a heartbeat. I put the rest in the back of the freezer for my husband to have tomorrow. I also went to Central Market and bought some yummy produce, and I haven't had diet soda in 2 days!

i am finoly going to start back walking at the track in red oak texas. I am also proud of my self because i started back doing yoga 2 weeks ago.

The email things is a big one for me too.

I was sick for about a month and my machine is painfully slow. Plus it keeps locking up and crashing. emoticon

Today I experience true physical hunger and ate simply to resolve it. emoticon

What I experienced was

Not a craving being surrendered to
Not thirst mistaken for hunger.
Not sleepiness combated with comfort food.
Not emotion driven eating.
Not a hungry headache being resolved
Not time to eat being addressed

But stomach grumbling, nawing physical hunger being resolved with just enough nutrition to resolve it!

When I ate I was on a mission to feed not my heart or my head but my body.

My calorie and fat counts were both on the minimum side of my range!!! emoticon

"Decide what you want. Believe you can have it. Believe you deserve it and believe it's possible for you. And then close your eyes everyday for several minutes, and visualize having what you already want, feeling the feeling of already having it. come out of that and focus on what you're grateful for already and really enjoy it. Then go in to your day and release it to the universe and trust that the universe will figure out how to manifest it.

I went to the gym this morning with a friend. I walked 32 minutes so far on my treadmill and I have my grandkids for a week and going to try to start on track! I did the treadmill during their nap.

I am proud of myself because I got my hour walk in and I am still going to the gym tonight with friends. Treadmill - 30 minutes Outside - 30 minutes and gym - still to come.

I'm proud of myself because I just had fruit for dinner. I wasn't really hungry. Husband asked me to pick up takeout for supper and normally I would have eaten what he did, regardless of whether I was really very hungry - but I thought about what I needed and wanted and acted accordingly. New behavior!
