Hi,
Shout out to the quiet group that may one day breath life again :)
It has been a good week I lost 1 pound
But I suffered from emotional bindge eating so here it is


Tuesdays Troubles.... how do I get over the emotional eating
I would love the simple cure if anyone has one..

Also looking for traveling food ideas to help me stay in the calories range when away from home.

Hi..
Well it is Fitness Friday and today I am going to kill my brain trying to think up something to do to kill off some calories today.
In celebration of the weekend to come I think I might have to hit some balloons around it is not high impact or intense but it is moving so I will say it will count :)

Day 1 is over Day 2 is half way in and so far all I am thinking about is how to dodge the evening binge and trying to get a jump start on ambition so I can get out to the pool now that it has stopped raining it would be nice to get out for a little bit.

Hope everyone is haveing a good day/week/month/year you know what ever applies :)

Hi Everyone or as it goes in a small slow pace team Hi me :)
