Yes I did a 4.68 mile Spark walk then came home and rode my exercise bike for 9 miles. I'm beat!!!

Saturday, Sunday and Monday I walked for 45 minutes each day. Today I was back at the gym and did my hour of cardio.

I did Shaun T's Insanity Cardio Power & Resistane (40 mins). It's probably the best Cardio Interval Training ever done.

Last week I was so excited to have lost 9 pounds since I started, I apparently decided I needed a break. So... after taking at least the last 4 days off entirely from logging my stuff or exercising, I got back on track today.
Did my Biggest Loser strength training program with my new hand weights I bought myself this weekend, and then did an hour on my treadmill at a still-slow-but-faster-than-usual pace.
Drank about half the water I needed to drink today, but you can't have everything, I guess.

Yesterday was to busy to walk or do exercises. We took our oldest daughter in for Lasik eye surgery. We spent 6 hours at the doctors office plus the drive to and back form Roseville, it was an all day event.

No exercise yet, but I have had Modesto Sparkers invite me on walks 2x this week! It's amazing how easy it is to get out and move when I'm meeting someone else hahaha

everyday i work out now! emoticon this is the most focused i've been on anything in my life EVER! other than my kid! lol! today i walked on the treadmill for 30min, did the 10 day 2 boot camp vid, then did 33 min on wii fit plus! emoticon

Yesterday: 20 minutes each on NuStep, Arm Bike, Elliptical and Stationary Bike. 10 Minutes stretching.

Today: 20 minutes each on NuStep, Stationary bike, stretching, and 70 minutes on strength exercises.

I went running with my new 12 year old trainer LOL and she pushed me farther and faster than I had gone- just because of not pushing myself. And she made me do 100 crunches LOL

Did not make it to the gym yesterday. Had two doctors appointment out of town. But I walked around a mall for 90 minutes between appointments.

I was actually motivated today. I did a 40 minute walk, 20 minutes on the exercise bike and 25 minutes of strength exercises. I feel really good that I accomplished this much today. emoticon

Had a busy weekend.

Friday I did 10 minutes on the NuStep, 20 minutes stetching, 70 minutes stregnth training and then 120 minutes walking

Saturday I did at least 120 minutes walking.

I strength trained, walked 2.2 miles and rode my recumbent bike for 40 minutes.Grand total for today was 110 minutes.

Sorry to hear your back still hurts Mark. I did my 40 minute walk then did 40 minutes on my exercise bike. I also did 30 minutes of strength exercises to top it all off.
