Hello all:
I know I am late in getting this posted but here it is.

I walked a total of 15.4 miles. I knew it was going to be down, because last week just could not get the miles walked. Hopefully this week will be much better.


I apparently posted this information on the wrong thread. I have since posted on correct thread.

I'm late reporting in...sorry! But I'm still going! :)

week 1 = 29 miles and ate my veggies every day
week 2 = 18.25

I walked 57765 steps for 26.4 miles. Didn't walk much on Friday and Saturday when it was raining...

My totals for the second week are:
Steps: 31450
Miles: 21.8
No bonuses for the week, I was confused because in 2 spots there was 2 different bonuses and I was unsure which one was current. Was sick this past week, this week is already starting out better.

My computer at home is acting up so I missed the past weeks mile posting. I'm going to post them now so if you want to add them to the total miles you can. I just want to get them posted! emoticon

Not as well as the first week but....just means I have work to do. 38.6 miles or 74,112 steps.

man I am so upset with myself.

I got in 21.77 miles. I know its good that i got it, but i feel like i should of done much better. Oh well i guess that is what i get when i get sick.

so total steps are: 43,573

Next week. I will hit the 10,000 mark everyday. I will not get ill (or so i hope)

Hello all: I walked 20.16 miles this week. I did not add any bonus miles.

I did not know how to add bonus miles but I just saw how. Was not able to do so because computer was in repair shop being fixed. Hope all is good now.

I did 25 miles walking. I also had a chance to bike 17 miles along the Hiawatha trail at the beginning of the week.

I am now trying to get at least 30 minutes in on break at work, which usually averages 1.5 to 2 miles a day. Hope to keep this going even after classes start.

I didn't do so great this week. I wasn't feeling well and am getting ready for a garage sale. So even though I did a lot of sweating I didn't put in too many miles. My total is 7 miles.

Please enter your total miles for the dates of August 9-15 here!! Remember to add extra steps per day for the BONUS which is: for each team member you leave a motivational message, spark mail, goodie for, you will receive 1 mile. Up to a total of 2 miles per day!!

Also, sorry I have not been around a lot! I was on vacation but am back in action now. If you have questions or anything please let me know! I owe you all total miles, an update on the map, a lewis and clark fun fact and a bonus for this week. I'll post this information this afternoon. Thanks for putting up with my absence!
