I didn't know there was a meal plan until I saw this discussion!

Now that I know, I still wouldn't use it because I hate diets. They make me feel deprived and I don't learn anything from following someone else's menu.

This is interesting! I too am picky when it comes to meal plans, that and we often can't afford to buy stuff for the meal plans.

im trying to mesh mine and my guys restrictions into one menu. some days are better than others

what is the quickest way to run 5k? one step at a time

Thanks, I am leaning pretty heavily toward following the meal plan for a while until the hang of how to eat correctly...not something I have done in quite some time!

I started out using the meal plan exclusively until I learned what foods to eat and the correct portions. Also it really helped with keeping the right balance of carbs, proteins, and fats. After about 2 months, I gradually started making my own menus, but I still use some of the meals that are in the plan because I like them. Especially for breakfast and lunch.

I eat my own foods and log them on the tracker. I am too picky for most meal plans!

I only use the meal plan as sort of a guideline but I enter all of my own foods.

i USE THE TRACKER AND TRY TO FOLLOW THE MEAL PLAN. THERE ARE DAYS THOUGH THAT I DON'T LIKE ANY OF THE CHOICES ON THE MENU SO I EAT MY OWN FOOD.

A goal without a plan is simply a wish...
