I know what you mean - spending so much time on the site you realize it's past time to go to bed! :-)

Since re-starting, I'm logging in every day, and using more of the functions of the site (commenting on members' blogs, for example) which keeps me more motivated. I'm finding that connecting with others through their blogs and my own keeps me much more focused.

I'll log in every day as long as I'm able. Just wishing I had a smart phone or iPod touch to use the free mobile app!

I check in on spark everyday. Even if it's just long enough to update my trackers. It's a habit now.

I think logging on for me daily is going to be one of my new healthy habits. I agree that you can totally lose track of time! I would rather sit in front of my computer than stand in the pantry...so I will look at this as a healthy habit!

I make sure to get certain things done every day without fail. Other things I do get behind on, then work to catch up.

The certain things - spin the wheels, track my food, track my workout, and enter my steps.

At least twice a day.

A day at a time and I will reach my goal. I am not perfect but I will forgive myself for the mistakes I make. Life is full of choices and sometimes we don't always make the best ones but that's what makes us human.

I have just found this site but have been on every day since I started. I love the food and fitness trackers and can't wait to discover more about this site. Am starting the 7 day bootcamp series tomorrow!

I'm on at least twice a day. The accountability is key for me, really. Plus it's such a good feeling to look at what I've accomplished in black and white. My tracker could move a little faster though...:)

I log in and out all day long. I took a few days off and it showed. I ate terrible and gained 2 pounds. I am back on and feeling better and the scale is going back in the right direction. emoticon

I keep Spark People open all day at work and on my laptop at home after work and on the weekends. This allows me to track something before I eat it or immediately after. This has saved me from eating high calorie stuff sometimes.

My husband said I am addicted to this site. I tell him that I am not addicted that I am simply trying to get all of my Spark Points for the day so that I can move to the next level.

I am doing it daily. I feel if I make it a habit then I will stay on track. Right now when I am on at night I find myself on here for at least an hour, looking up recipes or trying to find buddies. I think if you have things to see, people to talk too and ideas and comments to read it keeps you motivated and reminds you why you are doing this in the first place!!

Have a great day!!! emoticon

I try to spark every day so to keep myself motivated. Especially on weeks like last week....ugh...up a pound. But I do my best to record my meals and exercise every day, as well as entering a blog. The blogs are helping simply because I'm tracking what is going on in my life and where my mind-set is day to day.

I love when people respond to your topic , don't you? I didn't spark as much this weekend. I enjoyed a movie. " I Don't Know How She Does It" great movie, funny. I got all my exercise in, and made good food choices. Was not obsessive about logging in. Waited till I had time for me to spark, I feel this is me time. I did tell Hubby that sparking is saving him money because I am not doing as much on-line shopping and stalking designer handbags.Ha:)

I spark daily, multiple times. I like to check in with the positivity and I think it helps me focus on the fact that I am making healthy changes. As far as addictions go we could do a lot worse, right?

There will be days I don't know if I can do a marathon. There will be a lifetime of knowing that I have.

LOL! I hear you. I log in as often as I can. When you make a commitment to yourself - you need to do whatever it takes to get you off and down the path to success. Once you get used to all the new ideas and realize that you don't need the snacks etc - you can work toward more sleep and less Spark!

One of the things I love about Sparks besides the people, the trackers, the articles and my new friends is the fact that as long as I am on Sparkpeople using my laptop I can't eat. However, sometimes I lose track of time and should be sleeping instead of sparking. I'm wondering if I am getting addicted. HA!
