My plan is to track my food EVERY day! And run 3x per week. And get at LEAST 10 minutes of exercise per day.

All the best,

Yes, I plan for the present day by sticking to my calorie and nutrition goals, doing my exercises, drinking suitable beverages. I know I can keep losing weight and gaining health by doing what I should.

I'm trying to follow the No S diet. At the moment I'm working on not snacking. Specifically night time snacking after dinner. It's going okay.

What is your plan to lose the those last 10> pounds? How long have they been alluding you? How is your plan working for you? Or have you reached your goal weight and trying to maintain your goal weight?

I've learned that the toughest thing to do, aside from losing the last 10 pounds to keeping them off. I've at least gained and lost the same 10 pounds, maybe 3 times already. I'm hoping this time around, I might actually keep them off.

My plan: Manage my stress/anxiety better. Develop healthier eating habits.
