I don't have time for breakfast so I'd do a protein shake with keto friendly protein powder with heavy whipping cream added to get the macros right

I don't know much about Keto but I do know if you are on fb there are some great keto groups on there where they share recipes.

I don't really have time for breakfast. Bulletproof coffee is great, I get the fat and calories and it's super quick.

Hmm, not sure any of my favorites would work, I'm doing lower carb, but, not quite that low. Aiming for 38%P, 37%F, 25%C.

Anyone have some tried and true keto meals? One I use for breakfast is a two egg omlet with two oz cream cheese cooked in plenty of butter or olive oil. I can add 1/2 c. Spinich if I want. I could really use some other ideas that keep the macros at 75f/20p/5c
