yes I know that about the med advice but I just wanted to see if anyone else besides me is or went thru this. That's all. And maybe its also a lack of sleep.

I recently dealt with this same thing a few times. It was like I had 10 cups of coffee. I was getting light headed every time I stood up for 2 weeks, then boom, I have never felt better. I was so concerned that I went to the doctor, got an MRI and nothing. I'm in perfect health. I have heard that losing fat can release toxins when it burns, but the truth is that your body is going through changes. If it continues then it's better to play it safe and see your doctor. The web isn't the best place to get medical advice.

Hi Yall,

Im not sure why but the yesterday after eating lunch and when I stood up I got lightheaded as if I was about to pass out but after a few seconds I was fine and even before lunch I felt and still do feel shaky / jittery inside but u cant tell by looking at me tho.
Im eating regularly tho maybe im not drinking enough water? I do live in Texas.
Don't know if this is something I should be concerned about or not.

Thanks Yall
Lu
