Great job! Keep it up! I've been doing weight watchers and running and step aerobics and hiking since October 2008. I've gone from 213lbs and a size 20 to 132lbs and a size 4. I'm in weight watchers maintenance phase. I'm trying to learn how to maintain my weight. With my weight loss, my high blood pressure is gone, my swelling legs are gone, and I can sleep through the night (no sleep apnea). I wanted to share my success so everyone would know that weight loss is attainable if you stick with it!
