HI guys, I am not new to the Sparks scene. A few years back I went from 210lbs to 145 lbs in 6 months thanks to logging in exercise and food on here and doing 21 Day Fix and Shakeology. Well.... time, life, kids (a million other reasons), I am back up to 199lbs. I am 38 and needing to rid this 60lbs for GOOD! I had a hysterectomy 3 months ago and the weight is piling on. I have been back active on this site each day as well as I am a Beach Body Coach....already in 2 weeks doing 21 Day Fix & beast body and drinking Shakeology once a day, I am down 8lbs and 1/5 inch off my things.......would love to start a challenge group to keep me and others motivated!
