Sunday is my weigh in day!!!! I only last 1/2 a pound. I have been stuck at 215-217 for months. I just need to hang in there and bust through the teens so I can be on my way to wonderland.

174 will put me at overweight, but not obese!!!

no good news this week. i went up 3.5 lbs. for some reason i've been holding water lately. my mom gave me a water pill and that helped. i've also done more at the gym. been watching what i eat so i don't understand :O(

Down 0.6 pounds this week. Not bad considering earlier this week I was *up* 2 pounds for no apparent reason. Water weight and/or hormones anyone? Blah. I hadn't changed anything about my intake or exercise, except that I added some strength training.

I'd like a week of a little more than less than 2 pound loss just for a little re-energizing. Gotta keep the end goal in mind, and keep reminding myself this is a slow, slow process.

I'm slowly making progress. But I know I have to get moving more. I've been so busy with stuff at home that my workouts haven't been as much as weeks before. But I am still determined to keep going. And seeing the scale go down each week is such great motivation. I am beginning to eat more smaller meals which is great. And not snacking after a certain time before bed is also helping my goals. We all have to start some where...just keep moving and so will the pounds.... emoticon

I am down a few but have to be careful how I do it. I don't want to end up in the hospital like last year. The kids and I have made it a family affair and we keep each other in check. My son has even last 3lbs since I started on SparkPeople. He is so proud of himself and I am proud of him too. I am thankful that I have lost but am not going to lose sight that I have a long way to go. Taking little steps at the moment.

To me even losing a half ounce is a half ounce I don't have to worry about anymore. Any amount lost is a win. Good luck to all and keep up the good work.

down 2.0 lbs this week which is great. Everyone that is feeling discouraged because of only a 1lb or 2lb loss don't be with proper eating and proper nutrients and exercise an average of 0.5 to 1.5 lbs a week is fantastic and what it should be all the quick weight loss things are not the way to lose and keep it off it is a slow and steady lifestyle change that works not a quick fix gimmick diet. To those who just started or are stuck add a little bit more than you did the week before each week to your exercise and you will see an improvement for me It was finding an activity I love that is also exercise. Good luck and congrats to everyone.

As I suspected up a little this week, it's amazing what being re-hydrated will do. 207.6# today but I have offically lost 32.4# emoticon emoticon 32.6# to go I am 0.2# from being halfway!!!
