Today I will get this out of my system and get on the ball tomorrow. No excuses.

Today I will drink tons of water and hope that I can finally get beyond the slight withdrawal from being weaned off anti-anxiety meds. This is Day 3 of weirdness even tho I weaned per docs instructions. One more day of this and I'm calling the doc.
