its my first day exercising again after double ear infection and brochial junk. Did 1/2 hr of wii fit plus and was exhausted! Look forward to hitting the Y tomorrow for a "run"

I've got my walk set up with my friend on a trail at 2pm! It ends up being 6 miles! I will also go on my airclimber! It is a good day to exercise! emoticon

Definitely did, it was a lil rough at times but now that its over i'm glad i did. i'm still early into my fitness program but i feel a whole lot better already.

I was able to get to Curves before my day fell apart. At least I was able to get that in.

First Goal: Loose 27 lbs by December 1, 2009 - GOAL MET NOVEMBER 6, 2009!

Second Goal: Loose 57 lbs by June 1, 2010... GOAL MET APRIL 3, 2010!

Third Goal: Loose 60 lbs... GOAL MET APRIL 24, 2010!

Forth Goal: Loose the 35 lbs I gained due to surgery and chemo!

Fifth Goal: Never have to make another weight loss goal!

51 Minute Firm Cardio Split

45 minute walk on treadmill @ 14 minute mile

The problem with playing with skunks is, you both end up stinkin'...and the skunk likes it! So done playing with skunks! Surround yourself with people who lift you up and support you!

This is my first week on SP. I have been doing well but I started to get tired and sore today. I woke up and decided to skip my morning cardio. I logged on to my email and my SP page popped up and I was like "ugh...I guess I will go". I went and even almost had second thought in the parking lot. I figured I was here...I did my cardio and went home. I then decided I wasn't going to do my bootcamp work out as a reward!!! I go almost to the end of the day and I was logging in my nutrition and started to feel guilty for not keeping my goals...so I did the bootcamp and it really pumped me up! so much I did another 1/2 of videos!

I went to Curves today, so yep!

Yes, I tried out the Firm Cardio party for about 10mins(little to advance for my right now)so I did 35min on the lateral thigh trainer (if anyone remember it) emoticon ! I am ready to lose it for good this time!

Did my walking tape which is 2 miles in 30 minutes. Great for days it is just too cold to go outside!

Also I did my full body strength exercises too.

I did I did!! I did my 30 min 2 mile walking workout with Leslie! I have also completed my 10,000 steps for today. Later I will be using the wii and getting in some tennis and bowling

Today I took spin class at my new gym and it's 60 mins long. My polar watch said I burned 642 calories. Wooo Hoo! My first WI is Friday. Hoping for a loss!
