No. I don't remember the last time I did. That is one of the reasons I signed here today. I am nervous though. I don't know where to find time for working out . I have three kids and I am a fulltime college student taking 5 classes.

Yes, I went to the gym this morning and did a sculpt class and a spinning class right after. 2 hours and 1003 calories burned (I wear my own heart monitor to take my calories burned) I was home.....

I did not work out today. I take Saturday's off so my body can recooperate from working out all week!

yes I did a 10 min warm up with a SP video online and then ST for 30 mins, pondering an afternoon cardio session, just not sure what I will do yet.

I walked 2miles this morning around the park. Then I walked thru the grocery store to get me some more fruit.. I am on 7,106 on my step counter, gotta get my 10,000 in for the day. ;-)

I did!!!

Had gorgeous weather yesterday (Sun 2/28) here in the bay area Calif, so took advantage of the sunshine and had a wonderful jog. As far as Saturday, I'm definitely counting in a workout since I was able to see my all time favorite singer - Mariah Carey! My sis in law and I were up dancing and singing from the top of our lungs the entire show.

Did an indoor abduction band workout on the lower body yesterday too, after my jog. Can't wait for more sunny days to come and upcoming trips to the beach this summer. My treat for myself for getting into shape will be to learn to surf this summer - that is, if I can get over my fear of sharks

I wish I could afford to go to the gym, but for now I do workouts on the tv with the fitness channel. They have all kinds of different workouts. Today I will do the high impact walking workout and she includes toning in between the cardio. It is a 30 minute workout. Have a great day everyone and stay motivated!

I did work out today...yay! I did 15 mins on a stationary bike, 15 mins on the treadmill with incline and 2-3 mins on the Ab Circle.

Got to Curves this morning. DD even came with me :)

First Goal: Loose 27 lbs by December 1, 2009 - GOAL MET NOVEMBER 6, 2009!

Second Goal: Loose 57 lbs by June 1, 2010... GOAL MET APRIL 3, 2010!

Third Goal: Loose 60 lbs... GOAL MET APRIL 24, 2010!

Forth Goal: Loose the 35 lbs I gained due to surgery and chemo!

Fifth Goal: Never have to make another weight loss goal!

Does Rock Band Drumming count? Then no...I meant to! I went on holiday this week to Vancouver and besides the constant walking for 3 days didn't get any REAL cardio in. Work had me exhausted after I came back but I am ready to hit the gym or the streets running (which would make my dog reeeeaaallly happy!) and make me feel a little less guilty! emoticon

I tried out the DVD that came with my stability ball. Who knew that would be so intense?! I was more worn out than if I would've went to the gym and did cardio and machine weights!

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!!!
