I did 30 minutes of aerobix this morning (with some strength training included.)

I have been dvr'ing workouts from Discovery Health channel. JJSSPARK, I'm curious what network it was where you found the BL bootcamp. I'd love to give that a shot!!

I did nothing today. I haven't worked out since Wednesday! The motivation has started to drop, but I think it might have something to do with my carb intake. Tomorrow is a new day and the start of a new week.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!!!

I am about to do 2 sets of ball crunches, 1 set of biceps curls, and 50 rigorous jumping jacks.

My daily trek to Curves. It was my day to get measured and oh was it a good day.

First Goal: Loose 27 lbs by December 1, 2009 - GOAL MET NOVEMBER 6, 2009!

Second Goal: Loose 57 lbs by June 1, 2010... GOAL MET APRIL 3, 2010!

Third Goal: Loose 60 lbs... GOAL MET APRIL 24, 2010!

Forth Goal: Loose the 35 lbs I gained due to surgery and chemo!

Fifth Goal: Never have to make another weight loss goal!

40 minutes on treadmill at an incline of 5.0 and 3.3mph (ugh!) and 20 minutes on the stationary bike at 85-87 RPM. I feel GREAT!!

Yes I had a great workout today! I was crunched for time so I did the 30 day shred one with Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser! She has some incredible workout dvds! I hope everyone is feeling motivated today and happy working out to all of you!
