Absolutely...45 minutes with the fat burn option on the treadmill...burned 394 calories!!!

YES I did! It was a dreary rainy Monday, and I saved the energy to come home on time for a walk with my hubby, and then a 30 minute yoga session. I am so proud!!

yep - went to Curves this morning

First Goal: Loose 27 lbs by December 1, 2009 - GOAL MET NOVEMBER 6, 2009!

Second Goal: Loose 57 lbs by June 1, 2010... GOAL MET APRIL 3, 2010!

Third Goal: Loose 60 lbs... GOAL MET APRIL 24, 2010!

Forth Goal: Loose the 35 lbs I gained due to surgery and chemo!

Fifth Goal: Never have to make another weight loss goal!

Did The Firm Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn - 50 minutes

I have not done this one for ever because it's always been a killer!! After taking up running last summer and again Jan 1st, I really didn't have any problem getting through it today!! YAY!!

The problem with playing with skunks is, you both end up stinkin'...and the skunk likes it! So done playing with skunks! Surround yourself with people who lift you up and support you!

Yes, I was able to fit in a 25 min. walk/run.

It was my first time out in the rain today, but it was misty, not pouring - still it was an accomplishment that I'm feeling really good about.

It was my 6th time out - I'm averaging 3 times per week/ 2 weeks in, but as you can see I'm just out of the gates. Increasing by 5 min every week - working up towards a 5 km in April - my first running commitment.

Married to a marathon runner for 7+ years, finally I'm getting into.

I did the Spartacus workout. Thanks to Men's Health. A pretty intensive strength training circuit. Got up at 5:30 this morning. Done Working out by 6:30. The actual workout takes 41 minutes. What a good start to the day.

DAWNDHARTLEY37: If you go under the "My Fitness" tab, click on "Add Cardio", click on the "Browse" tab, then go to "Other Exercises", there is a list of aerobics. Choose what you think your video is (low or high impact). I have these in my favorites tab because I di a lot of videos at home. It will calculate your calories based on minutes and what type of aerobics. I hope that helps....

I haven't worked out for the last 3 days boo...=( I've been so exhausted lately I can't seem to wake up early enough, then it's just crazy to workout with my 3 year old and 2 year old awake. I do workout with them awake quite a lot, but it just makes it a lot harder. anywho....I hope to make sure I workout at least 5 times this week! =)

I did over an hour on Wii fit. It's the first time I've done it - it was pretty fun.

I did a workout today! I do Jillian Michaels cardio blast/boost metabolism workout! It is a 45 minute work out and I wish I knew how many calories I was burning, but I can't add the excercise to my cardio. It actually has you pick from a list of spark videos which I don't have :-(. I am getting discouraged because I would like to know what I am burning. If I plug in the cardio blast/boot camp workout from spark then it says I burn over 600 calories. I hope it's the same with my workout. emoticon

Yesterday I did the weight loss program on the elliptical. My challenge while on there was to burn 100 calories before I got to every 8th bar. I did it and burned nearly 400 calories with cool down included.

Today I went to Body Pump.

I actually did a work out yesterday and today to Billy Blanks caridioke workout on demand. I actually enjoyed the workout. I am also looking to take a yoga class.

Sunday is usually a day of rest for me (if you can say that with 3 boys), but I went to a multi-step class and it was so much fun, but more importantly wore me out!! Highly recommend it as it beats spinning anyday. And to the lady who needs to get started with exercise, the feeling you get when you're finished makes you want to go out and do more so no more excuses. Make time for YOU!!!

Just walked 65 minutes @ 4 miles/hour...we have our annual Church meeting and dinner tonight so I knew I had to do something to burn some calories before then.

35 minutes run outside. My runkeeper app says 2.66 miles at 12.12 min per mile and burnt 400 calories. Climbed 60 feet in elevations. I like this iPhone as this feedbad is of great help. If you have iPhone then this is a useful app. No I don't work for runkeeper.com :-)

this was a good week with healthy eating and good exercise.

Yes. I did a little over an hour on my eliptical and burned 600 cals. currently weigh 165. I was at my heaviest of 148/149 when I got pregnant and am now 165 and still carrying around some baby weight. Would like to be in the 130's

TERIVONN2000 - I hope this 30 day challenge will kick my butt, and if it does not, I'll go up to advanced. I like that it is easy to do, a pretty good workout (for a beginner like me at least!) and kinda fun.

I would say skating counts, not sure as what, but you are off the couch/chair/whatever and moving around.

Nope, I feel like a big loser because I'm not doing good with the working out thing right now. I've successfully lost weight in the past and I know that once I get myself into a routine, I'll be all set, but I haven't yet. I've had a lot of other things going on right now and haven't been able to devote the amount of time I feel that I need for it to be beneficial for me. Also, I've been putting all my attention into my eating and getting that in check - (which is going very well) and now I know that the only missing thing is exercise. My intentions are there - I know I want to, I need to, but it just isn't happening. I found some really good advice on another message board, to "commit 5 minutes a day to exercise" - I really think that will work because you know once you get started, you'll keep going - so, I'm going to try that for now and see if it lights a fire under my butt - lol! If anyone else has any advice, or motivational tips for just getting started - please tell me!

I did a workout today, day 1 of the EA Sports Active 30 day challenge. I started it a few weeks ago, but lapsed (bad me) and I started over today, and bumped it up to intermediate instead of beginner, and I can feel it in my legs for sure! I also did some other Wii Fit Plus stuff.

I started a boot camp last week with some friends from work. I'm heading there today for a 1 hour circuit workout.
