Didn't workout today. Got up at 10, put some music on my daughter's mp3 player, my son came home and I've been cooking and the whole "mother/wife" thing since then.

Yes - got up and did 25 mins at the pool swimming laps. Today was the first day i haven't felt like exercising and I overcame so YAY! :)

i did 20 min via Juillian Micheals Shed DVD. I was sweating like a sucked pig and i feel great. I changed my workout days to go with my schedule. tommorrow it is strenght training.

30 min at Curves. Didn't think I'd work it in today, but I did!

First Goal: Loose 27 lbs by December 1, 2009 - GOAL MET NOVEMBER 6, 2009!

Second Goal: Loose 57 lbs by June 1, 2010... GOAL MET APRIL 3, 2010!

Third Goal: Loose 60 lbs... GOAL MET APRIL 24, 2010!

Forth Goal: Loose the 35 lbs I gained due to surgery and chemo!

Fifth Goal: Never have to make another weight loss goal!

Okay - so by simply post a question to myself here yesterday, I felt accountable to workout and did. 25 mins of cardio - 2.2 miles. Felt so good after. All about chioce right? Well why do I choose wrong so often when it comes to my health? Gotta choose right tonight after work.

I'm doing the Body for Life Challenge so my goal is to work out 6 days a week. I did my Billy Blanks Tae Bo tape today and took my dog for a 30 minute walk.

I worked out yesterday...which was the first time in a long while. I figured I would aim for 3 days a week initially, then gradually get to 5. I pulled out my "The Firm" bootcamp video and went at for about 30 minutes! I was so exhausted but boy did it feel good!

yep! did the 40 min TurboJam Cardio Party, the Day 10 boot camp video, and exercise ball was low so had to air it up.. definitely added to the upper body workout :)

I took a 90 minute HOT YOGA class today!!! I stayed in the room for the entire time and did not pass out, puke or faint! I guess that's an accomplishment, right?

Hi Andreainne - So far, so good with the DVD. I almost got the bootcamp one, but went with this one. I like that there are real people working out on the DVD, so I don't feel any more clumsy than I already do! :)

I got a good workout this morning with just the level 1. It sounds like you're in much better shape than I am since you're already doing kickboxing and resistance training, so you could probably add the other levels on right away.

It would be cool to see Bob suffering with us, but he's mostly there to show the moves, make sure the form is correct and count down. That guy has some serious energy! LOL! Good luck!

MRSC0702: How so you like the cardio max dvd? I just bouth The Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD this weekend. I haven't done it yet. But I was thinking of doing it tonight. I did watch it though to get an idea of what it's like. I'm currently doing another program where I do cardio kickboxing 3x week and resistrance training (with bands) 3x week at 5 am! So, I'm not sure how often I'll do the boot camp.

Yep! My husband and I both worked out to The Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD. We are on level 1 right now as it's our first day and we're both out of shape. Feels good though!

When you set your fitness goals, the site asks if you want Spark to develop a strength training workout for you. Click yes and choose your options. You will see it when you log in to "My Fitness." That's what I did. If there's another workout, then I don't know what it is! Hope this help. emoticon
