I didn't get to do my 30 Day Shred workout today but I am at Great Wolf Lodge so it wasn't an option. What I did do though was hit the gym and got in 30 minutes of cardio. I definitely needed the workout because I haven't been on my best eating habits :(. I have my work cut out for me.

I did the turbo jam cd this morning. Cardio for 36 minutes! It was great and I'm gonna try to do it 3 days a week building up to 5 days. I need to get moving!!! I am not liking my weight and how I'm feeling. Tonight I'm walking 4 miles with my bff.

Yep, on Saturday mornings I walk to the Farmers Market and back--maybe a little over 3 miles round trip. And on the return trip I'm loaded down with delicious fruits and veggies--it's like adding weights!

I did! That's the one thing I've got going for me right now. I haven't lost a danged thing, but at least I'm building some muscles and getting some cardio strength. Woot for healthy hearts.

ETA: Guess I should have posted what I did, lol!

50 minutes on the elliptical
3 sets of 12 dumbbell pliets
3 sets of 16 lunges with 10# weights
3 sets of 12 dumbbell flies on a bosu
3 sets of dubmbell presses on a bosu.

I did 20 minutes of an exercise video called "big day bootcamp" and I did 20 minutes of an exercise dvd that is part of a five workout series called Bridal Workout DVD. I wanted to change things up a little bit and this is definately different.

W2D1 of C25K....and when I imput my workout the site prompted me to update my workout goals because I am way over and I needed to adjust my calorie count. And I lost another pound this morning.

I walked for 20 min, did upper body ST and then walked 1/2 mi with my 3 yr old daughter. Wanted to get some more in, but it just didn't happen for me.

I worked out for an hour with my trainer today. I did 12 minutes on the treadmill and ran on the treadmill for the first time ever! I've always been phobic b/c I have bad knees. Did 3 reps of 20 on squats. 3 reps of 15 on calf curls. 3 reps of 20 on arm curls with 1 leg in the air. 3 reps of 10 of bridge and bridge with leg lifts.

15 minutes on floor stepper with hand weights, 15 minutes on mini stepper with resistance bands, 1.25 mile run on treadmill, mixed it up with speed and incline today, cool down & stretch. I have a hard time counting this but I did clean the downstairs - dusted, vacuumed, & moped the floor immediately after working out.

First Goal: Loose 27 lbs by December 1, 2009 - GOAL MET NOVEMBER 6, 2009!

Second Goal: Loose 57 lbs by June 1, 2010... GOAL MET APRIL 3, 2010!

Third Goal: Loose 60 lbs... GOAL MET APRIL 24, 2010!
