I HAVE skipped it yes but you shouldn't and I know it.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, favorite cocktail in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming holy sh*t - WHAT A RIDE!

No. I'm usually so tired I don't think about skipping it.

I have a few times when I was in a super hurry. I have read in SP that is not a good idea to skip it so I try not too now.

I confess; I used to skip the cool down....but I don't do that anymore! I don't know why I was skipping it in the first place, to be honest.

I never skip the warm-up or cool down when I exercise. It helps to prepare my mind and mood for what ever I do next. It's a transition that I need.

Patience. Balance. Moderation.

Do you ever skip the warm up or cool down when working out with a DVD?
