Sitting in your chair, Move you head to the left five times, move your head to the right 5 times. Roll your shoulders forward 5 times, roll your shoulders to the back 5 times. Bend your elbows and flap your arms like a chicken (up and down).Stomp you feet one at a time up then down. Then kick your left feet out 5 times, then switch legs and kick your right leg out 5 times. Just move different parts of your body. Now you are ready to exercise.
