Hi all,
I couldn't make my self get up today and get to the gym slept until 8:30 , had to rush to get ready and get to Maggie's by 10, rode my bike to and from Maggie's rode my bike 12 miles .

I walked 15 minutes around my local Walmart store before I did my shopping. I walk the outside aisles. My husband hates this and complains the whole time, but I make him do it with me!!

Hi all,
I woke up at 5am today without the alarm went to the gym for the Body blast class at 8:15 then the spin class at 9:15 then home to shower and dress and was at Maggie's by noon, rode my bike 17 miles today.
Catlady wtg on the 10 minutes of intervals on the treadmill.

I did two 5 minute intervals on the treadmill at 2.4 mph for a total of 10 minutes.

Hi all, I woke up at 3am today, couldn't go back to sleep, then went to the gym this morning for 7:30 spin class and 8:15 yoga class and was at Maggie's by 10 am . Rode my bike 12 miles.

Hi all, been a lazy day today. It was a day of rest but I did do some heavy cleaning for about 30 minutes. LOL!!

Well I lost 4 more pounds and 4 more inches..which brings my totals to 10 pounds and 14.75 inches!! YAY!! I didn't reach under the 300 mark like I wanted but I still have this week. I got to watch my eats on my trip and be sure to still exercise somehow. I need 3 pounds off to be out of the 300s.

HI all , quiet day at home today , did some cleaning, rode my bike to the library and then tonight walked 2 miles over the bridge and back saw the sunset it was pretty.

Afternoon, I didn't really workout much yesterday, I think my body is telling me rest so I did. Today I will do my workout can't decide if I want to ride the stationary recumbent bike or do my WATP video or the Firm video. LOL!! Got to keep moving though. I am so close to being under 300, I can taste it. I will be sad if I don't reach it this week but I won't let it get me down, If I at least lose 3 pounds I will be happy! That's what it will take for me to reach my goal by Christmas!

I am going out of town this weekend, so I did both my lower body ST and my core ST today, since I won't have an opportunity to do any tomorrow. I've already done cardio five times this week, so I don't feel bad about not doing it today. Just too much to do to get ready and leave this afternoon!

Morning, I am staying on track, did my zumba last night and I figured that could be about the equivalent of about 4 miles. (I usually walk 15 min miles) and I did 5 on my bike the night before. I have a total of 42 miles done overall since feb 20th. and 24 just this month so far. I hope to be below 300 come weigh in sunday, we shall see!

The rain is horrible here so there isn't any getting out to do anything but I have plenty inside to do. I hope everyone has a blessed day!!

I did ride yesterday, into the teeth of quite the wind on the way out, but it was quite fun coming back!

Today is raining, so I did 30 minutes on the ski machine and then a really tough upper body ST. Some new sets, and upping my weight on quite a few of them. I'm tired!

Morning all,

Taking it one day at a time...I did 5 miles last night on my stationary recumbent bike. I so want to be under the 300 mark when I weigh in Sunday. I had to check myself to see where I was and I am only 3 pounds away...so we shall see. LOL, If not no biggie...just going to keep on going! =)

Thanks y'all, I know he is in a better place and not in any more pain. but that does't ease my pain, i pray God will give me peace. I know Chris would want me to continue towards my goal, he was my biggest supporter! So I have another reason for this goal of mine. Heaven got a special angel!

Just a quick check in...I am doing great on my working out. did 4 miles yesterday and will do zumba tonight...

I got some very sad news today, my ex boyfriend (whom I still cared dearly for) had a lot of health issuses passed away yesterday. he was 38. my heart is with his family!! I've been crying since I found out...we just recently parted, I think he knew that he wasn't going to be here much longer so he pushed me away so I can move on and not hurt as bad. but I do hurt so bad. ='(

Skipped my exercise yseterday. We had to put our 11 year old companion, Kesu, to sleep. I didn't feel like exercising. Didn't feel like doing much of anything. Cried all day. Today is a new day. Learnin' to live without that big yellow dog. I did do my 5 minutes on the treadmill today. Did some sprinting on it. Pedaled for 2.5 minutes at 27 mph then did 30 seconds of 33-34 mph. Did that twice.

Hi everyone!
I had to miss a couple of weeks of exercising and checking in; I was working very long hours. Now things have leveled off a bit, but I still have to keep a strict schedule, so I'll only be checking in every couple of weeks or so. In the meantime I'm committing to 15-30 minutes a day of T-Tapp, starting today. After another couple of weeks I'll be through the current pile of work, so I'll see about visits to the gym then.

PJ, it's snowing here again, so my bike riding is further delayed. But they forecast is for 51 tomorrow, so maybe it will be shortlived, this weather.

Hi all, I volunteered at a 10 k race today, no exercise for me, just loading and unloading the equipment and things for the race. Went to the concert downtown today as well.

hi everyone now i am allowed to walk in the house without the cane outside i can try to walk without it but have to carry it with me. unfortunately my left knee is starting to bother me i will call the doctor and see if i can get an injection in it it is painful but maybe i can save this one before it needs a replacement too

Afternoon all...Idky men think they are invincible! I will never understand man...that's why I dont' have one...I keep getting these retards in tin foil who doesn't have a clue about things...

I did my zumba last night and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I am so ready for my weigh in come sunday! I will do 3-4 miles (well hoping to) this evening. was so tired last night and didn't get to bed til midnight and alarm went off at 430...I hit snooze. LOL!! I hope everyone has a blessed day and weekend ahead of them.

We can do this..no need to get discouraged...just dust yourself off and start a new day!! =)

Hi all,
WTG all of you on the great job you are doing! I am feeling like a slug. I didn't go to the gym today though I had planned to , Jerry talked me into resting today since I felt so tired. He said ' go with the resting feeling you feel you are sleep deprived listen to your body' , I am not happy about gaining weight and I have gained weight , I am up 7 pounds in 6 weeks. I started sleeping so much better about 2 months ago since starting supplements and adaptogen herbs , and I am doing more hours at Maggie's and working out less and I am not logging in my food and I AM NOT EATING AS WELL AS I USUALLY DO AND I AM GAINING WEIGHT. I need to work out 3 hours at least a day to not gain weight and I have been just riding my bike 12 miles a day routinely to Maggie's and back , that is not enough and now I am tired . I think I need to get my heart rate up today see if that is part of the tired feeling today, my heart rate is very low , I have bradycardia maybe I will feel better. Jerry is feeling better Thank you Million for the prayers. He has a hard head even though he is very sweet. He thinks he is riding up to see me tomorrow on his bicycle, shaking my head that is a 50 mile round trip, he wouldn't let me ride down to see him. Said it was too risky for me to ride down to see him . MEN! Then pointed out I have epilepsy and I don't know how to change a flat and he would worry about me. I told him my seizures are under control and he says with his Brooklyn accent ' ARE YOU BRAGGING?" Rolling my eyes, he is too cute.

Ended up not shopping yesterday so I did 6 minutes on the treadmill, one minute more than I had been doing. Today we shopped and I made two walking laps around the store in 10 minutes. That was my exercise for the day. Tomorrow may be the treadmill again or maybe the bike.

Afternoon...Proud of you MissG for sticking with it. I have my Zumba this evening after work and am super excited about it. Got on scale this morning (tho my weigh ins are on sunday so this isn't offical) but I am down 3 more pounds 4 total...but I will know for sure on my weigh i day...Glad to see the scale moving. =) Sticking to ranges and staying on track...almost one week down with new workout schedule...need 3 more weeks and it will be a habit...We can do this!!! I was feeling like a complete slug this morning, and tried to talk myself out of my workout. So instead I went and did my lower body and core strength training, and 30 minutes on the ski machine. And I feel really good about it.

Good morning everyone! Today i've decided that since today is the start of a new month it's also the start of a NEW me. I am going to really buckle down with this loose weight and eat healthier part of me. I have some great long term goals and a few short term ones as well with TONS of motivation! I've also started wii fit plus so we shall see how well this goes!! Good luck everyone!

Hello

I have a rare day off. I did 4 hours of housecleaning today and I am really sore today. I may try to do some strength training today. House cleaning again tomorrow. I am going to finally try the Y next week. I have a free membership through work. I am a little anxious. My last experience at a gym was not positive. Hope you all are doing well.

PJ, that is really frightening that he doesn't remember. I hope he makes a full recovery very quickly.

Mel, if you are doing strength training at Curves, then your schedule looks reasonable, particularly if you are paying attention to your body and taking those Wednesdays off if needed.

I took Wednesday off myself, as I was feeling beat up by life. Better attitude going into today!

Oh my pj I am so sorry to hear that, he and you will be in my prayers. That's so scary.

I posted a new blog about exercising and how much is too much. and posted what I have planned for my workout routine and was wondering if it was a good plan. If y'all don't mind I'd appreciate the feedback. I don't want to do anything wrong or hurt myself but I know I need cardio and strength.

Today has been well, i will speak with my nutritionist this evening and fill her in on my eats. she will be so excited that I have FINALLY broke through my exercise barrier. I hope everyone has a blessed day.

Hi all, So far I am still in my nightgown, my day yesterday wore me out. I got a call from my beau last night he was in an accident on his way to work on his bicycle has a concussion , cut above his eye, worst of all he doesn't remember anything , doesn't know what happened at all they found him bleeding in front of his office. I just talked with him , he is tired and it bothers him that he doesn't know what happened. He got stitches in his head and he is bruised on the left side of his body , he was bleeding profusely from his head he has no memory at all, he says he might have been jumped he doesn't know. Poor baby.
Anyway I have to ride my bike to the bus stop and catch the bus to PSL today for my epilepsy support group. Enjoy your day everyone!

Glad I biked yesterday. It's raining and blowing and cold today! I don't like biking enough to voluntarily go out in this weather--in fact, I don't like ANYTHING that much!

Got up early this morning, but was so sleepy that I ended up going back to bed for another hour. It's hibernation weather, that's for certain.

Will be grocery shopping today so I'll make a few laps around the store and get some walking in. Usually I get in 20 minutes before I actually shop.

Got 4 miles in on stationary recumbent bike today in 15 min...I know it may not be that fast for some but it works for me. LOL!! Makes a total of 18 miles in 8 days...moving on along. Hope everyone has had a blessed day!!

Hi all!
I rode my bike 12 miles today to and from Maggie's , then went to the gym and did a boot camp class with lots of cardio and weights and then did a power yoga class.
