I had two candy bars (one for me and one for DH) in my hands at the grocery store.

I put them both back. I bought myself a Redbook magazine as a treat instead.

Great job! I always make up an Easter basket for my hubby and I. This year I put in it a small hollow chocolate bunny, a couple of Cadbury eggs and new iPhones with new covers and chargers. Has to be the priciest Easter basket I've ever created.

Last year's basket was filled with beef jerky and dill pickles. I think the Easter Bunny has a sense of humor at our house.

My blood glucose level was 99 this morning!! (First time under 300 in ages) The pounds may come off slow, but the health benefits of staying on the program are really showing in the way I feel!

I was really tempted to call my neighbor and give her an excuse for not walking. Instead I took my pup maggie and walked with her. It was pretty out there and it helps me get closer to reaching my goals.

I got 8 hours of sleep and felt so good that I danced for 30 minutes, made a snow angel, and cooked a homemade breakfast before work. It makes me wonder why I don't get that much sleep every night.

I'm a day behind. My proud moment was raking leaves. I had to stop every few minutes because of back problems but I spent an hour raking leaves. It felt great getting fresh air and mostly the pride of getting it done.

I spent the afternoon De-stressing first reflexology to relax, then beauty treatments, manicure, pedicure and waxing-and I did not feel guilty for spending the time or money on myself!
