Yes, you have to work and, yes, you have family responsibilities, but none of that matters unless you make yourself your first priority. You deserve it. It's your time! Be your own best friend and treat/talk to yourself the way you would encourage a friend. Make regular appointments with yourself in your calendar to get in that exercise you so badly need. This isn't being selfish with yourself, it's necessary!!!

with the year being 2020 and hind sight 2020 I should be a pro at this but...
I procrastinate
I put things off
I find excuses
I feel to tired
I need to get off my feet and rest after work
I can go on and on with why I put off exercising

I need to do this for my health
I need to do this to prove to myself I can do this
I need to do this to prove to myself I am not worthless
I need to do this to prove to myself I am not lazy
I need to do this to help me feel beautiful
I need to do this to help me love myself.
